About Franchise Inc.

For almost 30 years, our company’s principals have been helping folks, just like you; develop their business concept into a franchise. Additionally we match prospective franchise buyers to the right franchiser (business concept) to achieve their dream of owning their own business. In fact, our president has written an industry-endorsed book on “Solving The Puzzle Of Owning A Franchise”.

We have helped over 250 new franchise concepts to become new franchisors. Today, there are more than 3000 franchise concepts and over 2500 of those concepts have less than 100 franchise units and many with under 20 units. Being small does not mean that a franchise concept is not successful, in fact, in many cases; the potential for income versus investment is often greater with these concepts. For example “Concept A” might cost $50,000 to open and earn $100,000 per year while Concept B costs $250,000 to open and earns the same $100,000. Clearly Concept A is the better choice if it is right for you.

In July 2006, we set out to develop an international Franchise Consulting Network of highly trained franchise consultants as our franchisees. Many of our client franchisors were asking us to help them sell their franchises since they were so busy operating their franchise concept. Rather than continue to grow our consulting staff in Birmingham, we decided to offer qualified candidates an opportunity to own a franchise in FranchiseInc!

Our immediate goal is to add 100 new offices in 2007. If you have a broad business background, appropriate education and like helping people, we challenge you to compete for one of these elite placements on our proven team.

FranchiseInc!, LLC is an Alabama Limited Liability Company and grew out of the individual consulting practices of Robert A. Needham and Jim Bell who together have over 55 years of consulting experience. FranchiseInc! is a full service franchise consulting firm operating in two divisions:
*Franchise Consultant NetworkThis is a network of our independent franchisees covering the United States and Canada. Each Franchise Consultant (franchisee) works from their own location connected by our proprietary software system enabling all our network members to access data about our prospects and franchisor client companies.
*Franchise Development and Consulting GroupThis group of senior consultants headed by Robert Needham work with client companies to develop new franchisors, service existing franchisors and provide industry innovation. In addition to developing over 250 new franchise concepts and working with numerous other franchisors, this group has developed such industry innovations as FranTools™, The Dead Lead Exchange™, FranView™ and has published numerous white papers and reports to industry.
